Jackson & Ryan Architects provided needs assessment, programming, master planning and conceptual design services for the new, 17.5-acre parish of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. This study involved two phases. The first comprised a new 1,500-seat sanctuary, 75-seat day chapel and parish multipurpose facilities including a 5,000 SF fellowship hall, 16 classrooms, an administrative office suite and related sitework. The second included a new 73,000 SF school for kindergarten through eighth grade, a gymnasium, athletic playing fields and a playground. The school's structure and foundation are prepared for a future third floor, and interior color schemes focus on the blues and greens of the ocean and the school mascot, the dolphin.
