The master plan for the redevelopment of Prince of Peace Catholic Community includes expanding the seating capacity of the church from 1,100 to 1,800; constructing a new 300-seat chapel, a new education building, and a youth center and gymnasium; and adding to and renovating the existing parish center to accommodate new offices, meeting rooms and a state-of-the-art parish hall with seating for 1,000. Critical to the success of the project were preserving the majority of the forest buffer along the highway, integrating the buildings and entrances with control and security in mind, and maintaining the driving loop around the campus for ease of access.
