1885 St. James Place is a Class A office building located at San Felipe Green Development, just northwest of the Galleria area in Houston, Texas. This 14-story building has six levels of parking and nine floors of office space including two penthouse floors. Two different sizes of office floors provide flexibility for the tenants. Accessible balconies on the penthouse level present a unique opportunity for special tenants. Decorative exterior masonry with a mixture of limestone colors and textures contribute to the sophisticated appearance of the building. Gray insulating glass completes the color palette. The concrete frame structure has a state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical and plumbing system. Four elevators serve each office and garage level so that tenants may travel directly to their floors from their parking spaces.
The building has an energy-efficient design with a goal of achieving Silver LEED certification.
