Martha Alfaro, Associate
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Martha brings over two decades of architectural experience, creativity, and collaboration to her role. A graduate of the University of Houston, Martha earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2004 along with a minor in Business Management.
Growing up between Mexico and Houston inspired a lifelong appreciation for architecture and the way well-designed spaces impact everyday life. Today, Martha enjoys guiding projects through every stage of the process—from early planning and design to construction administration and project completion. Known for strong communication, organization, and teamwork, she values building lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to create spaces that are both functional and timeless.
Her project experience includes the San Antonio Animal Shelter, La Porte Animal Shelter, The Women’s Home campuses, HSPCA Dorms, St. Faustina Community Center, Gethsemane Community Center, and Cristo Rey Jesuit Preparatory. She especially enjoys the construction phase of projects, working closely with contractors, coordinating details, and seeing designs come to life in the field.
Outside of work, Martha enjoys mentoring youth through church and community involvement, traveling, cooking, visiting museums, and spending time with family and friends. With five sons active in sports, weekends are often filled with games, gatherings, and plenty of energy.
