St. Martin's Episcopal will soon see the largest construction project in its history. This $58-million project includes 5 new buildings and 6 renovated buildings, all being accomplished at the same time. The campus, and more importantly, their ministries, will be transformed with a new 700-seat Contemporary Worship Parish Life Center, a new Education Center for elementary age Sunday school, a new Pastoral Office Center, a new Music Center, a new central plant and maintenance building, the renovated Chapel, music rehearsal space, administrative office, preschool, youth, and welcome center buildings.
All aspects of this vibrant parish are growing, and all are being touched by this facility improvement project, accommodating three formats for worship (traditional, family and youth), improved Sunday school for all ages, and new offices for all staff. The campus will become greener and more welcoming with the addition of multiple gardens, courtyards and fountains including: West Cloister Garden, Chapel Garden, Reception Hall Garden, Parish Life Center Garden, a play space for the Sunday School, and a quieter Meditation Garden nestled between the existing Parish Hall and the new Parish Life Center.
This project is catapulting St. Martin’s into the 21st century.
